The election of committee members will be conducted in accordance with the Model Constitution Part 3 (14,15,22) and Part 4(23,24) set out under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009, at the Annual General Meeting held in August of each year.
In accordance with Part 3, (14, 15) of the Model Constitution 2010, set out under the Associations Incorporation Act 2009, nominations of candidates are invited to fill the positions on the committee and must be delivered to the secretary at least 7 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
